On Wednesday, January 31st I stopped by the Wilkinsburg Community Development Corporation to drop off the shipment of prints I did for them of the Wilkinsburg Pennsylvania Railroad Station. I had the pleasure of meeting with Marlee, Kevin and Sophia who were very excited to receive the prints.
I was contacted in December by Marlee about designing an illustration of the Railroad Station, which the WCDC is currently working on a restoration project of the 1916 train station. They are going to be gifting large and small prints to their donors on the project.
If you are affiliated with a preservation group restoring a historic building, or restoring a town's historic district, I'd love to work together with you to design an illustration that can be used for fund raising or donor gifts, or any other way my artwork can be used to help preserve our architectural past.
